Guarantee Policy

Spa Supreme offers 1-year, 3-year, 5-year. 7-year, 10-year, 15-year and Lifetime guarantees across outdoor & garden furniture.

Please Note: Our guarantee across our Outdoor Fabric, Rope Weave, Rattan & Aluminium ranges only covers structural faults(framework), oxidisation and discolouration in the UK.

Please Note: For wooden furniture, discolouration and weathering will occur over time even with the correct care solutions being
applied to the furniture, please follow our product care guidance for all our wooden garden furniture.

Fire-pit systems and all accessories are covered by a 1-year guarantee.

The guarantee does not include glass, ceramic glass, cushionfabric, cushion fillings, rattan, rope weave, or stitching supplied with the furniture sets. In addition, our warranty is onlyvalid in the UK. Our guarantees are only valid in the UK. 

Spa Supreme reserves the right to not apply the guarantee where it deems, and/or when damages and defects are caused by the below:

  • There's evidence of product abuse, misuse or use in a non-domestic environment
  • The product hasn't been properly assemble, installed or maintained in accordance with our care instructions  
  •  The product is in an unsanitary condition (for example, caused by pets or pests). We also reserve the right to refuse to collect and/or dispose of any unsanitary product  
  • The product has been exported outside of the UK  
  • Fair wear and tear
  • Commercial use (unless agreed at the point of order)

Nothing in this clause will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Reliance on your statutory rights is free of charge.

Our warranty is only valid in the UK and cannot be applied to items exported from the UK Mainland.

Product Specific Guarantee Details:

Rattan Garden Furniture

The guarantee for rattan furniture includes structural damage, rust, and fade. The guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear. Rattan products may contract or expand in extreme temperatures, which is not covered under guarantee. Garden furniture cushions and glass are not covered under guarantee unless they have arrived damaged. We will replace damaged items within 14 days after delivery if the item arrives damaged. These items are not covered by the furniture guarantee.

You should note that rattan weaves can be made up of different colour strands. These variations may look different in your garden depending on how much sunlight is available. Because the furniture is handwoven, there will not be any two identical items.

Fabric Garden Furniture

Fabric garden furniture warranties cover damage to structural integrity, rust and colour fade. The guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear. Except for items that arrived damaged, the guarantee does not cover dirt and stains.  We may replace the items if we have been informed of any damage within 14 days of delivery.

Covers

Please note that all of our Outdoor Furniture Winter Covers are covered by our 1 Year Guarantee. This guarantee covers natural rips at the seams. No replacement will be given for covers that have been ripped by force or cut with scissors. Harbour Lifestyle reserves all rights to determine if the damage was caused by misuse or manufacturer error. Please note that whilst the covers may fade if exposed to direct sunlight, the guarantee does not cover colour fading.

Free Winter Covers

Please note that our Free Winter Covers are not designed to match the colour of the product they are intended to protect. Free Winter Covers supplied with our furniture/parasols are intended for use when furniture is 'put away' for the winter to protect from detritus & bird lime etc. They are not designed for use all year round. The covers are breathable and are not designed to be 100% waterproof. A support pole should be used to allow water to shed and for air to circulate beneath the cover to prevent discolouration. Please note that moisture in the air can condense under any furniture cover. Our Free Winter Covers will not protect from mould growth (which will occur on any surface where the conditions are suitable). 

We strongly recommend that your furniture is uncovered during fine weather to allow full air circulation and drying.

Garden Furniture Cushions

All cushions for garden furniture sets must be kept indoors unless the manufacturer specifically states that they can be left outside. Even if furniture covers are applied, cushions must be kept inside.

How do I claim on my guarantee?

Making a claim:

You'll need proof of purchase including your order confirmation  

 If your product can't be repaired then we'll replace it with the same model. However, if your product is no longer available, we'll swap it with one of an equivalent specification or purchase value  

Your guarantee won't cover you if:

There's evidence of product abuse, misuse or use in a non-domestic environment.

The product hasn't been properly maintained in accordance with our care instructions.

The product is in an unsanitary condition (caused by pets, for example). We also reserve the right to refuse to collect and/or dispose of any unsanitary product

The product has been exported outside of Great Britain.  

Nothing in this clause will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Reliance on your statutory rights is free of charge.

If you need to make a claim please send an email contact@spasupreme.co.uk with a detailed description of the fault. Please include photographs to support your claim.

Spa Supreme cannot accept responsibility for any costs associated with delays to your delivery.
Where third party contractors have been arranged by you (eg. to assemble furniture ), Spa Supreme cannot accept responsibility for any costs associated with delays to the service provided, howsoever caused.
