Terms of service

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of spasupreme.co.uk and to purchases made from JMF ECOMMERCE LTD, trading as Spa Supreme. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under UK consumer law.

2. About Our Products

Spa Supreme sells personal-care, spa and bathroom accessories, including sleep masks, facial rollers and massage tools, facial cooling globes, cleansing and body brushes, shower caps, bath pillows, spa headbands and hair towels. The products currently offered are general consumer accessories and are not presented as medical devices, medical treatments or substitutes for professional medical advice.

Product descriptions, materials, dimensions, contents and available options are shown on the relevant product page. Images form part of the product information, but screen settings and photography may affect how colours appear. Please check the product information and selected option before ordering.

3. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit false information, infringe another person's rights or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for providing current and accurate order and contact information.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; it does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance if payment is not authorised, information cannot reasonably be verified, the product is unavailable, the price or description contains a clear error, delivery is not available to the address, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Orders may be placed only for quantities consistent with personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling, GBP. Standard UK shipping costs £5.99 per order. The product price, delivery charge and total payable are displayed before the order is submitted.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. We do not ask customers to send complete card details by email or through a contact form.

If a clear pricing error is identified before acceptance, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order and receive a refund.

6. Availability

All orders are subject to availability. Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that product if we cannot fulfil the order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently accept orders for delivery to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Handling time before dispatch: 3-5 business days
  • Transit time after dispatch: 7-15 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: 10-20 business days from order placement
  • Standard UK shipping: £5.99 per order

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays. Orders are processed by Spa Supreme and dispatched through our fulfilment and delivery network. Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption or other events outside reasonable control. We will provide information and assistance where a material delay occurs.

Risk of loss or damage remains with Spa Supreme until the goods are delivered into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identified to receive them, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us. Ownership passes when full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.

Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

For most online purchases, UK consumers may notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 calendar days after delivery and then return the eligible item within a further 14 calendar days. Exceptions may apply, including to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.

The customer is responsible for direct return postage for a change-of-mind return or ordering error. Spa Supreme covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or misdescribed goods. We do not charge a restocking fee and do not offer direct exchanges.

Refund procedures and statutory-right details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and match their description. UK consumers may have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days after delivery and may have continuing rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund after that period. These terms do not limit those statutory rights.

10. Product Use and Safety

Use products only for their stated purpose and follow any instructions, warnings, cleaning guidance or age restrictions supplied with the product. Stop using an item if it is damaged or causes unexpected discomfort. Product information on this website is general and is not medical advice.

11. Intellectual Property

The website's text, design, graphics, logos and original content are owned by or licensed to JMF ECOMMERCE LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, republish or commercially exploit protected website content without permission, except where the law permits.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store uses third-party services for functions such as hosting, checkout, payment and tracking, and may link to external websites. A third party's own terms and privacy information may apply to its services. We are not responsible for external content that we do not control, but this does not affect any responsibility we have for your order under applicable law.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookies Policy.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. We do not exclude responsibility where UK consumer law makes us responsible.

Products sold through the store are supplied for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data or business opportunity arising from consumer use of the products, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay and contact you where appropriate. Your legal rights relating to late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

16. Complaints

Contact us at contact@spasupreme.co.uk with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review the complaint and respond within one business day or acknowledge it and explain when a fuller response can be expected.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our store, services or legal obligations. The terms in force when your order is accepted will normally govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

18. Severability and Waiver

If a court or relevant authority finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

19. Governing Law

These terms and contracts with Spa Supreme are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also retain any mandatory protections available to you and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable law.
