1. Delivery Choices ( Massage Chairs ):

At Spa Supreme, we offer two convenient delivery options:

Standard Doorstep Delivery
Room of Your Choice Delivery

1) Free Standard Doorstep Delivery :

Your order will be delivered to your door step within 3-5 working days of order via our partner courier company. For deliveries to the floor other than the Ground please make sure that there is a access through the lifts otherwise the recipient would be ask to help in lifting to their footstep. Any instructions in terms of the delivery please let us know prior ordering . At the time of dispatch you will be provided with the couriers tracking number and a tracking link so you can see the live feeds.

2) Room of Your Choice Delivery:

The following delivery option Spa Supreme 2 man team would deliver the chair to the room of your choice. This option is ideal for customers who have a limitations to their door width and would require the chair sides taking off. Our 2 man specialized team would take the chair to its required room, install and give customers a detail demonstration. The delivery times for this service are 1 - 3 business days or a nominated day requested by customer.

Garden Furniture Shipping & Delivery

Free of charge on orders over 50 GBP.

We offer FREE 2-person delivery to most locations on the UK mainland, excluding certain areas in Scotland.

If you live in a remote location, please contact Spa Supreme before placing your order to confirm that we can deliver to your address.

Please note: Packaging removal is not included in this service.

Our professional two-person delivery team will transport your item directly to your garden and remove all packaging materials upon delivery, eliminating the need for disposal on your part.

Our Platinum two-person delivery service provides a complete, stress-free experience. Your new garden furniture will be delivered directly to your garden, professionally assembled on-site, and all packaging will be removed and disposed of responsibly.

Delivery Timing

Standard Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Your order will be delivered via the Spa Supreme delivery team using our two-person delivery service or one of our trusted courier partners. We endeavour to deliver all orders (to mainland UK) within 10 working days of your order being placed.

Delivery Restrictions

Geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service to certain areas. We may not always be able to deliver our products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. If you are interested in having any of our products delivered to one of these areas, please email us at contact@spasupreme.co.uk before placing your order so that we can provide a delivery quotation based on the products you require.

We’re also able to assist you if you’re looking to ship your item(s) internationally; whether you'd like us to deliver your order to a UK based freight-forwarder on your behalf, or you'd like us to arrange with our trusted courier partner to deliver your order to another country, please get in touch.To enable us to provide you with the best quotation it is important to have full details of the delivery address, as well as all products you wish to order.

Delivery Day

On the day of delivery, you’ll be notified of your estimated delivery window within the hours of 8am – 6pm. The delivery drivers will endeavour to call you 30 minutes before they are due to arrive, so you’ll know when to expect them.

Our trusted delivery partners are unfortunately unable to access your property or garden; therefore, all deliveries will be made to the front of the property, this is known as a ‘kerbside’ delivery. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for a repeat delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

We hope that you are happy with your products once they reach your home. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and choose to return the item(s) to us for a refund, you will need to contact us contact@spasupreme.co.uk and we will arrange a collection for you. After your item(s) have been returned to us, our customer care team will arrange a refund back onto the original payment method. A collection charge for unwanted goods will be incurred and deducted from the total refund amount.
