Whether you prefer to assemble your sauna yourself or arrange professional assistance, we aim to make the experience as convenient as possible.

1. Complimentary Standard Delivery

We offer FREE standard one-person kerbside delivery to eligible mainland England addresses, subject to product-specific delivery restrictions and postcode availability.

Estimated Delivery Time: Within approximately 10 days, following order processing, subject to stock availability, delivery location and carrier scheduling.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been placed, we coordinate with our supplier to arrange delivery. Tracking information and delivery updates will be provided where available.

Important Delivery Information

Standard delivery is generally provided through a one-person kerbside service.

This means your product is delivered to the agreed kerbside delivery point and does not automatically include:

  • Transporting the product through your property or garden

  • Carrying items upstairs or into a particular room

  • Product assembly or positioning

  • Electrical connection

  • Professional installation

Saunas are normally supplied in separate packages for assembly. The number and weight of packages depend on the model.

An adult must be available to receive the delivery. Where assistance with unloading is required, safe handling arrangements must be agreed in advance.

Important: Heavy products must not be manually unloaded or moved without appropriate personnel and handling equipment.

If your property has restricted access or you require additional assistance, please contact Spa Supreme before ordering.

2. Optional Professional Installation

For customers who prefer specialist assistance, Spa Supreme offers optional professional installation through our trusted SaunaPlunge supplier and installation partners.

Professional installation is charged separately from complimentary standard delivery and must be arranged with Spa Supreme before placing your order.

Ice Bath Installation Price

Peak Plunge 1–2 Person Ice Bath with Integrated Chiller — £500

Optional professional installation, arranged through our specialist two-person installation team.

Due to the ice bath's substantial weight and assembled construction, delivery access, unloading and positioning arrangements must be confirmed before installation.

Our team will confirm:

  • Installation availability for your chosen product

  • The applicable installation price

  • Property access and site preparation requirements

The exact service depends on the chosen sauna model.

  • Specialist handling and positioning at the prepared installation location

  • Checking that the unit is correctly positioned and level

  • Basic setup of supplied components

  • Initial installation checks

  • Guidance on controls and general operation

The final installation scope, access arrangements and equipment required will be confirmed before booking.

What's Not Included?

Unless specifically agreed in writing, professional installation does not include:

  • Construction or preparation of concrete, paving or decking foundations

  • Electrical upgrades, new circuits, cabling or sockets

  • Final hard-wired electrical connections

  • Groundwork, landscaping or structural alterations

  • Water supply or drainage construction

  • Specialist lifting equipment or additional handling arising from restricted access

Any extra requirements or charges must be agreed before the installation service is confirmed.

4. Indoor Sauna — Preparation Requirements

Indoor infrared saunas require a suitable location, adequate ventilation and an electrical supply appropriate to the selected model.

Suitable Indoor Location

Choose a dry, well-ventilated indoor space with a solid, stable and level floor.

The floor must be capable of safely supporting the assembled sauna and its occupants.

Suitable locations may include:

  • Dedicated wellness rooms

  • Spare rooms

  • Appropriately prepared home gyms

  • Other suitable indoor spaces

Avoid damp environments, areas exposed to water and spaces with excessive humidity.

Electrical Requirements

Electrical requirements vary according to the sauna model.

Certain indoor infrared saunas, including the Dales Glow 2-Person model, are supplied with a standard 13A UK plug.

For plug-and-play models:

  • Connect directly to a suitable wall socket.

  • Ensure the electrical circuit supports the appliance's rated power.

  • Use appropriate electrical protection.

  • Avoid extension leads and multi-plug adaptors.

  • Follow the supplied manufacturer's instructions.

Important: The Dales Glow 4-Person model is listed at 2820 W and has a higher electrical load. Its socket and circuit suitability must be confirmed against the manufacturer's rating label and instructions before installation.

If you are unsure whether your electrical supply is suitable, consult a qualified electrician.

Ventilation & Clearance

Ensure sufficient space around the sauna for ventilation, assembly and maintenance.

Follow the manufacturer's recommended clearances from walls, ceilings, furniture and other surrounding surfaces.

Do not obstruct ventilation openings.

Delivery & Assembly Access

Check that all sauna components can be moved safely into the chosen room.

Consider doorways, corridors, staircases, lifts, ceiling height and available working space.

Please advise Spa Supreme of any access restrictions before delivery.

5. Outdoor Sauna — Preparation Requirements

Our outdoor cabin and barrel saunas require a suitable foundation, proper drainage and an electrical installation appropriate to the heater.

Suitable Outdoor Foundation

Choose a solid, stable and level surface capable of supporting the sauna and its occupants.

Suitable foundations may include:

  • Properly prepared concrete

  • Level, structurally suitable paving

  • Appropriately reinforced decking

Avoid unstable ground, soft soil and locations where standing water may accumulate.

Electrical Requirements

Traditional outdoor saunas equipped with Harvia electric heaters generally require a dedicated hard-wired electrical supply.

For example:

Brontë 1–2 Person Outdoor Cabin Sauna

Requires a dedicated 20A hard-wired electrical supply for its 4.5 kW Harvia heater, according to its product specifications.

Pennine 4-Person Barrel Sauna

Uses a 6 kW Harvia heater requiring a dedicated hard-wired electrical connection.

Pennine 6-Person Barrel Sauna

Uses an 8 kW Harvia heater requiring a dedicated hard-wired electrical connection.

A suitably qualified electrician must determine the correct supply, circuit protection, cabling and connection requirements for the actual heater model.

Outdoor traditional electric saunas must not be connected to a standard 13A socket unless the manufacturer specifically approves that connection.

Electrical installation and final hard-wired connection are not included in standard sauna assembly unless expressly agreed.

Outdoor Access & Clearance

Ensure there is sufficient space for delivery, assembly, safe operation and ongoing maintenance.

Please check garden gates, pathways, steps, slopes and restricted corners.

Maintain the manufacturer's specified clearances from walls, fences, buildings and combustible materials.

Drainage & Weather Protection

Choose a well-drained location where water cannot accumulate around the sauna's base.

Outdoor timber structures require appropriate ongoing inspection, cleaning and maintenance.

Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for roof care and any suitable exterior wood treatments.

6. Peak Plunge Ice Bath — Preparation Requirements

The Peak Plunge is a substantial, assembled ice bath with an integrated electric chiller.

It requires a suitably prepared location before delivery and installation.

Suitable Foundation

The ice bath must be positioned on a stable, level and structurally suitable surface.

Suitable options may include properly prepared concrete, paving or reinforced decking.

The foundation must support the complete operating weight of the ice bath, including water and occupants.

The Peak Plunge weighs approximately 240 kg when empty and holds up to 900 litres of water.

Delivery Access & Handling

The Peak Plunge is normally supplied assembled.

Due to its size and weight, suitable unloading, transport and positioning arrangements must be confirmed before delivery.

Please check gates, pathways, steps, narrow entrances and available manoeuvring space.

Specialist handling equipment may be necessary depending on your property.

Electrical Requirements

The integrated chiller requires a suitable dedicated 13A UK electrical supply, according to the manufacturer's product information.

For outdoor installations:

  • Use a properly installed, weatherproof outdoor socket.

  • Ensure appropriate RCD protection.

  • Do not use unsuitable extension leads.

  • Follow the manufacturer's electrical instructions.

  • Consult a qualified electrician where necessary.

Water Supply & Drainage

Ensure a convenient water source is available for filling the ice bath.

Provide appropriate drainage arrangements so water can be emptied safely without collecting around the unit or nearby electrical equipment.

Chiller Ventilation

Allow adequate clearance around the chiller for airflow, operation and future servicing.

Follow the manufacturer's installation and maintenance guidance.

We will confirm the installation price, availability, access requirements and booking arrangements.

Installation is optional, charged separately and is not selected through the standard online checkout.

We work with our supplier and delivery partners to confirm product availability, delivery scheduling and any special access requirements.

Step 4 — Prepare Your Space

Step 5 — Receive Your Delivery

Your product is delivered through the agreed service.

Standard delivery is kerbside only unless alternative handling arrangements have been confirmed.

Where professional installation has been purchased, the specialist team completes the agreed installation service.

Eligible sauna models may alternatively be assembled by the customer using the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 7 — Final Checks & Handover

The installation provider will explain the relevant controls and operating guidance.

Products must not be used until all required electrical connections and safety checks have been completed.

8. Delivery Areas & Additional Charges

Complimentary standard one-person kerbside delivery is available to eligible mainland England addresses only.

Some remote or restricted mainland England postcodes may require additional delivery arrangements or charges.

Delivery to the following locations is not included in our standard free-delivery service:

  • Wales

  • Scotland

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Channel Islands

  • Remote or restricted locations outside our standard delivery coverage

Customers in these locations should contact Spa Supreme before ordering to enquire about product-specific delivery availability and obtain a quotation.

Northern Ireland and British Forces addresses are not currently supported through our standard online checkout.

International delivery is also not available through our standard online checkout.

Please contact Spa Supreme before placing an order if your address falls outside our standard delivery area or if specialist handling is required.

Any additional delivery charges must be confirmed and agreed before your order is completed.

9. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your product and packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you discover damage, missing components or an incorrect item, contact Spa Supreme promptly with your order number and photographs where available.

We will work with our supplier and delivery partners to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected if damage or a fault was not identified immediately upon delivery.

10. Returns & Cancellations

For eligible standard, non-bespoke SaunaPlunge products purchased online, customers may notify Spa Supreme of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Following cancellation, a further 14 calendar days is generally allowed to return the goods or make them available for an agreed collection.

For non-faulty change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct return or collection cost where this responsibility has been disclosed before purchase.

Due to the size and weight of saunas and ice baths, specialist collection may be required.

Estimated Specialist Collection Cost: Approximately £500, depending on the product, location and collection arrangements.

This is an estimated transport cost, not a restocking fee. The applicable return-cost estimate should be considered before purchasing.

Products genuinely personalised or made to individual specifications may be excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights where the legal exception applies.

If a non-faulty return is voluntarily accepted outside the statutory cancellation period, additional agreed terms may apply, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, Spa Supreme will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

Reasonable return or collection costs will be covered where legally required.

Separately purchased installation services may have different cancellation arrangements under applicable consumer law.

For complete information, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
