Payment Policy

Currency

Spa Supreme processes orders in pounds sterling, GBP. The order total shown at checkout includes the product price, the £5.99 standard UK shipping charge and any applicable taxes or charges.

Payment Methods

Spa Supreme accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay and Elo cards. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna are also available when supported for the customer’s device, account and order. The payment options displayed at checkout are the options available for that order.

Payment Authorisation

Payment must be authorised before an order is confirmed. After successful payment, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout. An item placed in the cart is not reserved until checkout has been completed.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Spa Supreme does not receive or store complete card numbers. Customers should not send payment-card details by email or through the contact form.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, check the billing information entered at checkout or contact the relevant bank or payment provider. An order is not confirmed when payment authorisation fails.

Order Review

An order may be held or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised, the information supplied cannot be verified, an item is unavailable or there is a reasonable indication of unauthorised activity. If Spa Supreme cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refund eligibility and timeframes are explained in the Return & Refund Policy. After a refund is issued, the payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.

Currency Conversion

If a payment account is not denominated in GBP, the bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee. Such charges are controlled by that provider and are not collected by Spa Supreme.
