Massage Chair Delivery & Returns

Premium Delivery. Personalised Service. Complete Peace of Mind.

At Spa Supreme, we understand that purchasing a luxury massage chair is an investment in your comfort and wellbeing.

Working in partnership with our trusted supplier, VComfort, and its specialist delivery providers, we offer delivery services designed to make receiving your new massage chair as straightforward as possible.

Whether you require standard doorstep delivery or would like to enquire about our premium Room-of-Choice service, our team is here to help coordinate your delivery.

Delivery Options

1. Standard Doorstep Delivery

Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days after order processing, subject to stock availability, location and carrier scheduling.

Our standard service includes:

• Delivery to your property's entrance.
• Tracking information where available.
• Delivery coordination through our specialist courier partner.

Standard doorstep delivery does not include carrying the chair to a particular room, unpacking, assembly or demonstration.

For delivery above ground level, suitable lift access may be required.

Due to the size and weight of massage chairs, please contact us before ordering if your property has stairs, restricted access or no suitable lift. Any assistance with moving or unloading the chair must be arranged safely in advance.

2. Premium Room-of-Choice Delivery

For customers seeking a more convenient experience, Spa Supreme can help arrange an optional Room-of-Choice Delivery Service through our specialist supplier, subject to location, product eligibility and availability.

This specialist two-person service includes:

• Coordinated delivery to an accessible room of your choice.
• Unpacking and positioning the massage chair.
• Assembly or fitting of supplied components as required.
• Basic setup and installation.
• A demonstration of the chair's main functions and controls.

For selected models, the delivery team may be able to remove and refit the chair's side panels to assist with access.

The supplier indicates that this may be possible through doorways wider than 68 cm, depending on the model and property layout.

Important: A doorway wider than 68 cm does not guarantee access for every massage chair. Please check your chosen model's dimensions and contact Spa Supreme if you have any concerns.

Room-of-Choice Delivery is not currently available as a separate selectable service at our online checkout.

If you would like this service, please contact Spa Supreme before placing your order so we can confirm availability, eligibility, any applicable charges and the arrangements for your chosen massage chair.

Room-of-Choice Delivery Scheduling

A delivery date is normally allocated within approximately 2–4 business days of ordering and confirming the specialist service.

Depending on availability and location, delivery may be arranged within approximately 1–3 business days of scheduling or on an agreed nominated date.

The confirmed appointment will be provided by the delivery partner.

All delivery times are estimates and depend on stock, location and appointment availability.

Important Information About Premium Delivery

The Room-of-Choice charges above reflect the supplier's stated arrangements for eligible massage chairs.

This service must currently be discussed and confirmed with Spa Supreme before ordering, as it is not separately selectable at checkout.

Availability and eligibility depend on the chair model, delivery location, property access and supplier confirmation.

Any applicable premium service charge and payment arrangements will be explained before the service is booked.

Delivery Restrictions

Spa Supreme currently offers VComfort massage chair delivery to eligible addresses in England, Wales and Scotland, subject to the delivery options available at checkout.

We do not currently offer massage chair delivery to Northern Ireland, British Forces addresses, the Republic of Ireland or other international destinations.

Additional restrictions or specialist arrangements may apply to certain remote locations.

Delivery availability and applicable standard charges will be confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery Tracking

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment and order confirmation.

This processing period is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Once your massage chair has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

For scheduled deliveries, our supplier or specialist carrier may contact you directly to arrange a suitable appointment.

Preparing for Your Massage Chair Delivery

A little preparation helps ensure your new massage chair can be delivered and positioned safely.

1. Check Product Dimensions

Please review the dimensions of your chosen massage chair before ordering.

Consider both its upright and fully reclined measurements, including the space required for leg-rest extension, operation and access.

2. Check Property Access

Measure the intended delivery route and check:

• Front doors and internal doorways.
• Hallways and narrow corridors.
• Staircases and landings.
• Lifts and upper-floor access.
• Restricted entrances and sharp corners.
• Parking and delivery vehicle access.

Some models may allow partial removal of side panels to assist with access, subject to the manufacturer's design and the delivery team's assessment.

Please contact Spa Supreme before ordering if you are unsure whether your chosen massage chair will fit.

3. Prepare Your Space

Ensure that the intended room and delivery route are clear of obstacles.

Allow sufficient space for the chair to be moved, positioned and operated safely.

4. Electrical Requirements

Massage chairs require a suitable electrical supply that meets the manufacturer's specifications.

Please ensure an appropriate wall socket is available near the intended installation area.

Always follow the supplied operating manual and electrical safety instructions.

5. Arrange for Someone to Receive Your Delivery

An adult or authorised representative should be available to receive the massage chair.

For confirmed Room-of-Choice deliveries, someone should be present throughout the agreed appointment.

Delivery Damage, Missing Items & Incorrect Products

Please inspect your massage chair, accessories and packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you discover damage, missing components or an incorrect item, contact Spa Supreme promptly.

Where practical, we recommend reporting visible delivery concerns within 48 hours and providing photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Prompt reporting helps us investigate delivery-related issues with our supplier and carrier.

Important: The 48-hour period is a reporting recommendation only. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights or prevent you from reporting faults discovered later.

We will work with our supplier to arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with UK consumer law.

Massage Chair Returns & Cancellations

Extended 28-Day Returns Policy

At Spa Supreme, we offer an extended 28-day change-of-mind return period for eligible massage chairs.

If you wish to return your chair, please contact us within 28 calendar days after delivery.

For returns under this policy, please ensure that the massage chair:

• Is kept in its original condition, subject to your statutory inspection rights.
• Includes all supplied components, controls, accessories and manuals.
• Is accompanied by its original packaging wherever reasonably possible.
• Is protected from avoidable damage, dirt and contamination.

Massage chairs affected by pet hair, dirt, staining or other contamination may not qualify for the voluntary portion of our extended returns policy.

This does not remove your statutory cancellation rights during the applicable legal period or your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Your Statutory Cancellation Rights

For eligible online purchases, you have the right to notify Spa Supreme of a change-of-mind cancellation within the statutory 14-day period after delivery.

You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods or make them available for an agreed collection.

You may inspect the chair as you reasonably would in a physical shop.

If handling or use goes beyond what is necessary for inspection and reduces the chair's value, a lawful deduction may apply.

Our extended 28-day return arrangement provides additional protection and does not replace or restrict these statutory rights.

Non-Faulty Returns — £150 Collection Charge

Because massage chairs are large and heavy, specialist collection is normally required.

For eligible non-faulty change-of-mind returns, a £150 specialist collection charge applies.

This represents the direct cost of collecting and transporting the massage chair and may be deducted from the refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Please ensure the chair is accessible and prepared for collection as instructed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Massage Chairs

If your massage chair is faulty, arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not match its description, please contact Spa Supreme.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Repair.
• Replacement.
• Price reduction.
• Refund.

Where legally required, Spa Supreme will cover reasonable return or collection costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by the manufacturer's warranty or return procedures.

How to Request a Return

To request a massage chair return or cancellation, please complete our Return Request Form.

Alternatively, you can contact us directly at contact@spasupreme.co.uk.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• The massage chair model.
• Your contact details.
• The reason for your return request, where applicable.
• Photographs if the chair is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Our team will normally review your request and contact you within two business days with further instructions and, where applicable, collection arrangements.

Please do not return a massage chair to our registered office or arrange independent collection without receiving the appropriate instructions from Spa Supreme.

You may exercise your statutory cancellation rights by sending a clear statement of your decision to cancel. Completing a particular form or obtaining prior authorisation is not a condition of exercising those rights.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with Spa Supreme's Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

For statutory cancellations, refunds will be processed without undue delay and within the applicable legal timeframe.

Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Any additional amount paid for a premium delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, where permitted by law.

Applicable direct return collection costs and lawful deductions for diminished value may be deducted from the refund.

Once a refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.
