Furniture Delivery & Returns

Beautiful Furniture, Delivered with Care

At Spa Supreme, we believe exceptional furniture deserves a thoughtful and reliable delivery experience.

Working alongside our trusted furniture supplier, Desser, and its specialist delivery partners, we coordinate deliveries across our furniture collection, from elegant armchairs and natural rattan furniture to statement tables, sofas and outdoor living pieces.

Our delivery services are tailored to the size and requirements of each product, helping ensure your furniture arrives safely and with care.

Furniture Delivery Charges

We offer the following delivery rates for eligible furniture orders.

Mainland Great Britain

Orders below £100: £15 delivery.

Orders of £100 and above: FREE standard delivery.

These rates apply to eligible mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.

Delivery availability and charges may vary for the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and other remote locations.

We do not currently offer furniture delivery to Northern Ireland, British Forces addresses, the Republic of Ireland or other international destinations.

Please contact Spa Supreme before ordering if you require delivery to a remote location or have special delivery requirements.

The applicable delivery charge will be confirmed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the type of furniture, stock availability and delivery service required.

Smaller Furniture & Accessories

Estimated delivery: Approximately 5 business days.

Smaller furniture pieces and accessories are generally dispatched through a parcel courier.

Outdoor Furniture

Estimated delivery: Approximately 10 business days.

Larger outdoor furniture items are generally delivered through a specialist delivery service.

Larger Indoor & Conservatory Furniture

Estimated delivery: Approximately 10–20 business days.

Larger items, including selected sofas, armchairs and conservatory furniture, may require additional preparation before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Certain upholstered, customised or specialist furniture products may require additional preparation time.

Where an individual product page specifies a different estimated delivery timeframe, that product-specific estimate takes priority.

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, seasonal demand, bank holidays and carrier scheduling.

Furniture Delivery Services

The delivery service depends on the size, weight and type of furniture purchased.

Standard Parcel Delivery

Smaller furniture items and accessories are generally dispatched using a parcel courier, normally DPD.

Tracking information and delivery updates will be provided where available.

Items purchased together may occasionally arrive in separate deliveries depending on their size and fulfilment arrangements.

Premium Two-Person White-Glove Delivery

Many larger furniture items are delivered using a specialist two-person delivery service.

For eligible products, this service may include:

• Coordinating a suitable delivery appointment.
• Delivery by a professional two-person team.
• Carrying furniture into an accessible room of your choice.
• Unpacking and positioning the furniture.
• Removal of packaging where included in the agreed service.

The exact delivery service depends on the product, delivery location and supplier arrangements.

Room-of-choice delivery, unpacking and packaging removal may not be available for certain remote or non-mainland destinations.

Any additional service requirements should be discussed with Spa Supreme before ordering.

Preparing for Your Furniture Delivery

To help ensure a smooth delivery experience, please consider the following before placing your order.

1. Check Product Dimensions

Review the measurements of your selected furniture carefully.

Ensure that larger items, including sofas, armchairs, dining tables and outdoor furniture sets, will fit comfortably in their intended location.

Remember to consider the dimensions of the furniture itself as well as any surrounding space required for comfortable use.

2. Check Property Access

Please ensure there is sufficient clearance for furniture to be delivered safely.

Consider:

• Doorways and entrances.
• Hallways and corridors.
• Staircases and landings.
• Lifts and upper-floor access.
• Garden gates and pathways.
• Parking and delivery vehicle access.

Please contact Spa Supreme before ordering if your property has restricted access or unusual delivery requirements.

3. Prepare the Delivery Area

Clear the delivery route and ensure that the intended delivery area is accessible.

Remove obstacles that may prevent the delivery team from safely transporting and positioning the furniture.

For outdoor furniture deliveries, please ensure garden pathways and access gates are clear.

4. Arrange for Someone to Receive the Delivery

An adult or authorised representative should be available to receive the order.

Specialist furniture deliveries are normally arranged by appointment.

Delivery Appointments & Redelivery

For furniture requiring a scheduled delivery, our supplier's delivery partner will normally contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.

If the proposed delivery date is inconvenient, please inform the delivery provider promptly so alternative arrangements can be discussed.

If an agreed delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, access is unsuitable or incorrect delivery information has been provided, an additional redelivery charge may apply where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed.

For larger furniture, specialist redelivery charges may be approximately £50, depending on the circumstances.

Any applicable charge will be explained before redelivery is arranged.

Inspecting Your Furniture on Delivery

Please inspect your furniture and packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Check for:

• Visible transport damage.
• Missing components.
• Incorrect products, colours or finishes.
• Damage to upholstery, frames or surfaces.

Where possible, note any visible concerns on the delivery documentation.

If you discover an issue, please contact Spa Supreme promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where available.

We will coordinate with our supplier and delivery partners to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected if damage or a fault was not immediately identified at delivery.

Furniture Returns & Cancellations

We understand that purchasing furniture online requires confidence and reassurance.

For eligible standard, non-bespoke furniture purchased online, you may notify Spa Supreme of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Following cancellation, you generally have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods or make them available for an agreed collection.

For non-faulty change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the furniture, where this responsibility has been disclosed before purchase.

Larger furniture may require specialist collection rather than standard parcel returns.

Estimated Return Collection Costs — Standard Furniture

For eligible non-faulty change-of-mind returns requiring specialist collection, the following estimated charges apply:

• Orders up to £149.99: £15.
• Orders from £150 to £249.99: £35.
• Orders from £250 to £499.99: £45.
• Orders from £500 to £999.99: £75.
• Orders from £1,000 to £1,499.99: £100.
• Orders from £1,500 to £1,999.99: £150.
• Orders of £2,000 and above: £200.

These are estimated collection costs based on our furniture supplier's stated arrangements.

The applicable direct collection cost depends on the product and collection requirements.

Where furniture can be returned using an appropriate parcel service, different direct return costs may apply.

We will explain the applicable collection arrangements and costs before booking collection.

Furniture with Customised Upholstery

Certain indoor rattan and conservatory furniture products may include cushions or upholstery selected to individual specifications.

Where a return is eligible and specialist collection is required, the supplier's indicative charges are:

• Chair with customised upholstery: £45.
• Two-seater sofa with customised upholstery: £90.
• Three-seater sofa with customised upholstery: £110.

Furniture genuinely made to individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights where the applicable legal exception applies.

Simply being described as made to order does not automatically remove those rights.

Any applicable product-specific cancellation exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.

Return Packaging & Product Condition

Please retain the original packaging wherever reasonably possible, particularly for smaller furniture that may need to be securely packaged for courier return.

Returned products should include their supplied components and accessories.

Customers may inspect furniture as they would reasonably be permitted to in a physical shop.

Where handling goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the product and reduces its value, a lawful deduction from the refund may apply.

The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Furniture

If your furniture is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact Spa Supreme.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy under applicable UK consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Repair.
• Replacement.
• Price reduction.
• Refund.

Where legally required, Spa Supreme will cover reasonable return or collection costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied furniture.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by the manufacturer's return procedures.

Requesting a Furniture Return

To request a furniture return or cancellation, please contact Spa Supreme directly.

Email: contact@spasupreme.co.uk

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• The product you wish to return.
• Your contact details.
• The reason for your request, where applicable.
• Photographs if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

We aim to respond to general customer enquiries within one business day.

Return requests requiring supplier confirmation or collection arrangements are normally reviewed within two business days.

Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions and help coordinate collection where required.

Please do not send furniture to our registered office without receiving return instructions.

You may exercise your statutory cancellation rights by sending a clear statement of your decision to cancel. Obtaining prior return authorisation is not a condition of exercising those rights.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with Spa Supreme's Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

For valid statutory cancellations, refunds will be processed without undue delay and within the applicable legal timeframe.

For returned goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Where required by law, the original standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded.

Any additional amount paid for an enhanced delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, where permitted by law.

Applicable direct return costs and lawful deductions for diminished value may be deducted from the refund.

Once a refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.
