Water Treatment

The supplied water-care guidance specifies:

• Chlorine: 1–3 parts per million (ppm)
• Alternatively, bromine: 2–4 parts per million (ppm)

Use only products and treatments approved for the ice bath and its integrated chiller. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for chemical selection, dosing and safe handling. Do not mix treatment chemicals.

Water Replacement

Indicative water replacement intervals are:

• Regular use: Every 4–6 weeks
• Light use: Every 6–8 weeks

More frequent replacement may be necessary depending on water quality, usage and maintenance.

Please Note: Water-testing equipment, pH-balancing products and sanitising chemicals are not supplied with the ice bath and must be purchased separately.

Taking the time to choose a suitable location and ensure the right electrical setup will make delivery and assembly simple, safe, and stress‑free. Stable, level base: Concrete, paving, or reinforced decking that can safely support 240kg plus water weight.

Access: Ensure clear delivery route and enough space for installation and future servicing.

Outdoor placement: Choose a location with good drainage and protection from heavy rain.

Ventilation: Allow airflow around the chiller unit for efficient operation.

Electrical Requirements

Connection: Requires a dedicated 13A UK socket for the chiller unit.

Safety: Socket must be weatherproof (IP rated) and RCD protected if outdoors.

Installation: Position the socket within safe reach of the chiller, avoiding extension leads.

Professional check: While plug-and-play, we recommend an electrician confirm outdoor sockets meet safety standards.

Free Mainland England Delivery

Enjoy complimentary standard one-person kerbside delivery to eligible mainland England addresses.

Your Peak Plunge is dispatched through our supplier's fulfilment arrangements, with delivery scheduling coordinated following your order.

Estimated Delivery Time: Normally within 10 days, subject to stock availability, delivery location and scheduling.

Where available, delivery updates and tracking information will be provided.

Important Delivery Information

The Peak Plunge arrives as a large, assembled unit with its integrated chiller.

Standard delivery is a one-person kerbside service and does not include moving the ice bath through your property, positioning it in your garden or completing installation.

Please note: The Peak Plunge weighs approximately 240 kg when empty. Safe unloading and handling arrangements must therefore be agreed before delivery.

Please contact Spa Supreme before ordering if your property has restricted access or you require assistance beyond the standard delivery service.

Do not attempt to lift or move the unit manually without appropriate specialist equipment and personnel.

Delivery Locations & Additional Charges

Complimentary standard delivery is available to eligible mainland England addresses only.

Some remote or restricted mainland England postcodes may require additional delivery arrangements or charges.

Delivery to Wales, Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands is not included in our standard free-delivery service. Please contact Spa Supreme before ordering to enquire about availability and obtain a delivery quotation.

Delivery to Northern Ireland and British Forces addresses is not currently available through our standard online checkout.

We will confirm service availability and any additional charges before your order is finalised.

Optional Professional Installation — £500

For customers who would prefer specialist assistance, Spa Supreme offers an optional professional installation service for £500, arranged through our supplier's two-person installation team.

This service is separate from complimentary standard delivery and must be arranged by contacting Spa Supreme before placing your order.

The agreed service may include:

• Positioning the ice bath in the prepared installation area
• Checking that the unit is appropriately positioned and level
• Preparing the supplied chiller components for operation
• Basic setup checks
• Guidance on controls and general operation

The exact installation scope, access requirements and any additional handling charges will be confirmed before booking.

Please note: Installation does not automatically include electrical upgrades, plumbing alterations, groundwork, construction of a suitable base or specialist lifting equipment.

Preparing Your Space

To help ensure your new Peak Plunge can be installed safely, please consider the following requirements before delivery.

1. Suitable Base

The ice bath must be positioned on a solid, stable and level surface capable of supporting its full operating weight when filled with water and occupied.

Suitable surfaces may include properly prepared concrete, paving or structurally appropriate reinforced decking, subject to the manufacturer's instructions.

2. Access Requirements

Please ensure the delivery route provides sufficient clearance for the ice bath and any necessary handling equipment.

Check gates, pathways, steps, narrow entrances and restricted corners before delivery.

3. Electrical Supply

The integrated chiller requires a suitable dedicated 13A UK electrical supply.

For outdoor installations, the socket must be appropriately weatherproof and RCD-protected.

Any required electrical alterations must be completed by a suitably qualified electrician.

4. Water Supply & Drainage

Ensure that a convenient water supply is available for filling the ice bath and that suitable drainage arrangements are in place.

5. Ventilation

Allow adequate space around the integrated chiller for airflow, maintenance and safe operation in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

How Delivery & Installation Works

Step 1 — Place Your Order

Choose your Peak Plunge Ice Bath through Spa Supreme.

If you require professional installation, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the installation service, applicable charges and booking arrangements.

Step 2 — Delivery Confirmation

We coordinate with our supplier to confirm availability, delivery scheduling and any special access requirements.

Step 3 — Prepare Your Space

Ensure that the installation area, access route, electrical supply and drainage arrangements are ready.

Step 4 — Receive Your Delivery

Your ice bath is delivered using the agreed delivery service. Standard delivery is kerbside only unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed.

Step 5 — Optional Professional Installation

Where purchased, the specialist installation team completes the agreed setup service.

Step 6 — Final Checks & Handover

The installation provider will explain the relevant operating controls and any remaining steps required before using the ice bath safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order and packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your ice bath arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Spa Supreme promptly with your order number and photographs where available.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Any suggested reporting timeframe does not affect those rights.

Returns & Cancellations

For standard, non-bespoke Peak Plunge ice baths purchased online, customers may notify Spa Supreme of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Following cancellation, a further 14 calendar days is allowed for returning the product or making it available for an agreed collection.

Due to the size and weight of the ice bath, specialist return transport is generally required.

For non-faulty change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct return or collection cost.

Estimated specialist collection cost: Approximately £500, depending on the collection requirements.

This is a transport cost, not a restocking fee. The estimated return cost should be considered before purchasing.

For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products, Spa Supreme will provide the appropriate remedy under applicable UK consumer law, including reasonable return or collection costs where required.

Separately purchased installation services may have different cancellation arrangements in accordance with consumer law.
