Electrical Safety Information

The Brontë is a 6kW hard-wired traditional sauna and is not designed for connection to a standard 13A household plug socket.

A dedicated electrical circuit is required.

The manufacturer references a 32A supply, but the final circuit rating, cable sizing, protective devices and installation requirements must be determined by a qualified electrician using the supplied heater documentation and applicable UK regulations.

Important Information

The sauna must be assembled on a suitable, level foundation capable of supporting the cabin and occupants.

Professional sauna assembly does not include installation of the electrical supply or final hard-wired connection.

Dimensions, weights and specifications are based on supplier information and may be subject to minor manufacturing variations.

Warranty Information

1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

The Brontë 6-Person Traditional Outdoor Cabin Sauna by SaunaPlunge includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

The manufacturer's warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects relating to the sauna's structure, electrical components and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your sauna, please contact Spa Supreme with:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photographs or videos where appropriate

Our team will liaise with SaunaPlunge to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Care & Warranty Requirements

To help maintain your sauna:

• Follow the manufacturer's installation and operating instructions.
• Ensure the heater is connected by a qualified electrician.
• Maintain adequate drainage and ventilation.
• Clean the interior and benches regularly.
• Inspect the exterior timber and roofing periodically.
• Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for suitable wood treatments.

Important Information

The manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which remain unaffected.

Preparation Requirements

Proper preparation is essential to ensure your Brontë Traditional Outdoor Cabin Sauna can be delivered, assembled and operated safely.

Suitable Outdoor Location

The Brontë must be installed on a stable, level and well-drained foundation capable of safely supporting the sauna, its approximately 220kg assembled weight and up to six occupants.

Suitable foundations may include:

• A properly prepared concrete base
• Level paving slabs with suitable support
• Reinforced decking designed to carry the required weight

Avoid soft ground, unstable surfaces and areas where standing water may accumulate.

Electrical Requirements

The Brontë features a powerful 6kW Harvia electric heater and requires a dedicated hard-wired electrical supply.

A qualified electrician must carry out the electrical installation and final connection.

Before your sauna is assembled:

• Arrange for a qualified electrician to assess the electrical requirements.
• Ensure a dedicated circuit can be provided from the consumer unit.
• Have the appropriate circuit protection and cable sizing determined by the electrician.
• Ensure all outdoor electrical components and connections are suitably protected from moisture.
• Follow the supplied manufacturer's wiring diagram and installation instructions.
• Arrange any required electrical work before your sauna is put into use.

The supplier references a 32A supply, but the final electrical requirements must be confirmed by the electrician.

Important: This sauna is not a plug-and-play appliance and must not be connected to a standard household socket.

Space & Access Requirements

The Brontë measures approximately 1800 mm wide × 1600 mm deep × 2000 mm high.

The roof extends approximately 100 mm beyond the cabin on each side.

Please ensure:

• The intended installation area provides sufficient space for the sauna and roof overhang.
• There is adequate clearance for assembly, ventilation and maintenance.
• Garden gates, pathways and entrances provide suitable access.
• The delivery route is clear of obstructions.
• Sufficient space is available for unpacking and assembling the sauna components.

Ventilation & Drainage

Ensure the cabin is positioned in a suitable outdoor environment with adequate drainage.

Keep the base clear of standing water and maintain sufficient ventilation around the structure.

Follow all manufacturer-recommended clearances from buildings, fences and combustible materials.

Care & Maintenance

To preserve the appearance and performance of your sauna:

• Clean the benches and interior regularly using suitable gentle cleaning products.
• Allow the cabin to dry and ventilate after use.
• Inspect exterior timber, seals and roofing periodically.
• Apply a suitable exterior wood treatment annually where recommended by the manufacturer.
• Follow the heater manufacturer's guidance for inspecting and maintaining sauna stones.
• Have electrical components inspected by a qualified professional when required.

Before Your Sauna Arrives

Please ensure that:

• Your foundation is stable, level and properly drained.
• Your electrician has assessed the required electrical supply.
• Access routes are clear and suitable.
• There is sufficient space for assembly.
• Adequate ventilation and maintenance clearance are available.
• Any specialist access or installation requirements have been communicated to Spa Supreme.

Foundation preparation, groundwork, electrical installation and specialist lifting equipment are not included in standard professional sauna assembly unless expressly agreed.
