Our team will liaise with SaunaPlunge to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Care & Warranty Requirements

To help maintain your sauna and protect its condition:

• Follow the manufacturer's assembly and operating instructions.
• Ensure the sauna is installed in a suitable indoor environment.
• Use an appropriate electrical supply.
• Keep the interior clean and properly ventilated.
• Follow the manufacturer's recommended care and maintenance procedures.

Important Information

The manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK law, which remain unaffected.

Preparation Requirements

Proper preparation is essential to ensure your Dales Glow Indoor Infrared Sauna can be delivered, assembled and operated safely.

Suitable Indoor Location

The Dales Glow is designed specifically for indoor use and should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated environment.

Suitable locations may include:

• Dedicated home wellness rooms
• Spare rooms
• Appropriately prepared home gyms
• Other dry indoor spaces with suitable ventilation and electrical access

Position the sauna on a stable, level floor capable of safely supporting its approximately 120 kg assembled weight and the occupants.

Avoid damp environments, areas exposed to water and locations with excessive humidity.

Electrical Requirements

The Dales Glow operates at 2220W and is supplied with a standard 13A UK plug.

Before installation:

• Ensure a suitable electrical socket is available within safe reach of the sauna.
• Connect the sauna directly to an appropriate wall socket.
• Use a dedicated socket where possible.
• Ensure the electrical circuit can safely support the appliance's power requirements.
• Follow the manufacturer's electrical installation instructions.
• Ensure suitable electrical protection, including RCD protection where required.
• Do not use extension leads or multi-plug adaptors.

A new hard-wired electrical connection is not normally necessary where a suitable existing supply is available.

If you are uncertain about the electrical installation, consult a qualified electrician before using the sauna.

Space & Access Requirements

The sauna measures approximately 1200 × 1050 × 1900 mm (W × D × H).

Please ensure:

• There is sufficient floor space for the cabin.
• The ceiling height allows appropriate assembly and ventilation clearance.
• Doorways, corridors and staircases provide suitable access.
• There is adequate room for unpacking and assembling the sauna panels.
• The installation area remains accessible for cleaning and maintenance.

Always follow the manufacturer's recommended clearances from walls, furniture and surrounding surfaces.

Ventilation Requirements

The sauna must be installed in a suitably ventilated indoor environment.

Allow sufficient space around the cabin for safe operation and maintenance.

Do not obstruct ventilation openings or position the sauna in an unsuitable enclosed or damp environment.

Care & Maintenance

To maintain the appearance and condition of your Dales Glow:

• Wipe benches and interior surfaces regularly using suitable gentle cleaning products.
• Clean the glass using an appropriate non-abrasive cleaner.
• Allow the cabin to ventilate after use.
• Avoid excessive moisture and harsh cleaning chemicals.
• Inspect timber surfaces periodically.
• Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for electrical inspections and ongoing maintenance.

Before Your Sauna Arrives

Please ensure that:

• The intended room is dry, stable and suitably ventilated.
• The floor can safely support the sauna and its occupants.
• The electrical supply meets the manufacturer's requirements.
• Access routes are clear.
• Sufficient space is available for assembly and maintenance.
• Any special access or installation requirements have been communicated to Spa Supreme.
