• Photographs or videos where appropriate

Our team will liaise with SaunaPlunge to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Important Information

Always follow the manufacturer's assembly, electrical installation, operating and maintenance instructions.

The manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK law, which remain unaffected.

Preparation Requirements

Proper preparation is essential to ensure your Yorkshire Cabin can be delivered, assembled and operated safely.

Suitable Outdoor Location

Position your sauna on a stable, level and well-drained surface capable of supporting the cabin and its occupants.

Suitable foundations may include:

• A properly prepared concrete base
• Level, structurally suitable paving slabs
• Reinforced decking designed to support the required weight

Avoid unstable ground, uneven surfaces and areas where water may collect beneath the sauna.

Electrical Requirements

The Yorkshire Cabin operates at 2220W and is designed for connection through a standard 13A UK plug.

Before installation:

• Ensure a suitable electrical socket is available within safe reach of the sauna.
• For outdoor installations, the socket must be appropriately weatherproof and RCD-protected.
• Have a qualified electrician confirm that the socket, circuit and electrical protection are suitable.
• Follow the manufacturer's electrical installation instructions.
• Do not use extension leads or multi-plug adaptors.
• Ensure electrical connections are protected from moisture and outdoor conditions.

Although designed for plug-and-play operation, the outdoor electrical supply must be checked for safety before use.

Access & Assembly Space

The sauna measures approximately 1200 × 1050 × 1900 mm, with an additional roof overhang of approximately 100 mm on each side.

Please ensure:

• Garden gates, pathways and entrances provide suitable access.
• The delivery route is clear of obstructions.
• There is adequate space for unpacking and assembly.
• The installation team can access the prepared foundation safely.
• Sufficient clearance is available around the cabin for ventilation and maintenance.

Ventilation & Drainage

Ensure the sauna is positioned in a well-drained location with adequate ventilation and clearance from surrounding structures.

Follow the manufacturer's recommended safety distances and ventilation requirements.

Avoid positioning the sauna where water may accumulate beneath or around its timber base.

Care & Maintenance

To maintain the appearance and condition of your Yorkshire Cabin:

• Clean the interior and glass regularly using suitable products.
• Allow the cabin to ventilate properly after use.
• Inspect timber surfaces periodically.
• Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for suitable exterior wood treatments.
• Have electrical components inspected when necessary by a qualified professional.

Before Your Sauna Arrives

Please ensure that:

• The foundation is complete, stable and level.
• The electrical supply has been checked.
• Access routes are clear and safe.
• Adequate assembly space is available.
• Sufficient ventilation and maintenance clearance are provided.
• Any special delivery or installation requirements have been communicated to Spa Supreme.
