Warranty Policy

All massage chairs purchased from Spa Supreme include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period under normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product instructions.

If you believe your product has a warranty-related issue, please contact our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue. Additional information may be requested to assess your warranty claim.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
